MahaRERA Project Registration

The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) was established under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, to regulate and promote the real estate sector in Maharashtra. Its primary objective is to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in real estate transactions. All real estate projects in Maharashtra must be registered with MahaRERA before they are marketed or sold. The registration process involves several steps to ensure compliance with the regulations which will be taken by us from start to end.

Auditing

Auditing is defined as the on-site verification activity, such as inspection or examination, of a process or quality system, to ensure compliance to requirements. An audit can apply to an entire organization or might be specific to a function, process, or production step.

Disaster Auditing:

Disaster auditing involves assessing the preparedness and resilience of buildings and infrastructure against natural and human-made disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires, and storms.

Structural Audit:

Structural auditing involves a comprehensive assessment of the physical integrity and stability of a building or infrastructure to ensure it meets safety and design standards.

Electrical Audit:

Electrical auditing involves inspecting and evaluating the electrical systems within a building to ensure they are safe, efficient, and compliant with relevant standards.

2D & 3D Rendering & 3D Models

2D Rendering:

2D rendering creates flat images, often used in graphic design, web design, print media, and simple animations. It involves drawing and painting techniques to represent objects, scenes, and characters on a two-dimensional plane.

3D Rendering:

3D rendering creates three-dimensional images or animations, providing a more realistic and immersive representation of objects and environments. It is widely used in architecture, gaming, film production, virtual reality, and product design.

3D Models:

3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a process of creating three-dimensional objects from a digital 3D model. This technology has revolutionized various industries by enabling the production of complex shapes and custom parts that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with traditional manufacturing methods.
